Competent, Compassionate, Collaborative
We recognize that both emotional and physical factors contribute to the development of psychiatric symptoms. Genetics, environment and specific stressors or traumatic events can also play an important role. An individual's character, personality, temperament, and resilience all contribute to the clinical picture, and can shape the types of symptoms we see and the prognosis. This is why we create a unique treatment plan to target your specific experience.
Eva-Maria Theodosiadis, MD, FAPA, our American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (A.B.P.N.) Certified Adult, Child & Adolescent and Forensic Psychiatrist will help you choose from treatments such as CBT, brief-psychodynamic therapies, or DBT, either as the primary modality or in combination with evidence-based pharmacologic treatment.
Dr. Debra Brosius is the assessment specialist and coordinator at our practice. Dr. Brosius will collaborate with you and your practitioners to determine an appropriate assessment battery to meet your needs.
Clients of all ages are welcome. With our extensive assessment tools, we will work with you to create an appropriate battery of tests to answer your neuropsychological, psychological, or educational needs.
A comprehensive feedback session is an important part of the process and is typically conducted about 2-3 weeks after the assessment.
