    Reyna Rice is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. She works with individuals, couples and families who experience depression, anxiety, PTSD, emotional distress, parenting and relationship challenges, or various life transitions. 

    Reyna Rice is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. She works with individuals, couples and families who experience depression, anxiety, PTSD, emotional distress, parenting and relationship challenges, or various life transitions. Reyna has a specialization in the treatment of survivors of trauma and an extensive background in crisis management in the community as well as through her work in a residential treatment facility for children. Reyna combines elements of cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and solution focused therapy as well as motivational interviewing to help individuals with personal growth and improve their overall quality of life. Her approach seeks to create a safe space for clients to gain a deeper understanding of the underlying thoughts, feelings and triggers that impact their life.

    Reyna obtained her undergraduate degree in Governmental Administration with a concentration in Criminal Justice and Forensics. She graduated with distinction from Capella University in 2012 with a degree in Mental Health Counseling, and went on to work with the under-served population of the Washington, DC area, serving as a Community-Based therapist, a Clinical Supervisor at Core Service Agencies (CSAs), and an Assistant Clinical Director for a nonprofit agency, before transitioning to private practice.

    Yulia Julia Liang  is a Licensed Professional Counselor (In Training). Julia is a psychotherapist offering a space of healing for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, difficult life transitions, relationship stress, and acculturation/immigration issues.

    Julia graduated from Wellesley College with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology before obtaining double Master’s in Counseling and Mental Health Services and Professional Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania. Julia is also trained in Mindful Meditation and is working to become credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia. Services can be provided in both English and Mandarin Chinese.

    Dr. Marina Nesterenko finished Medical school in Kiev, Ukraine, in 1997 and  worked as a child psychiatrist in Ukraine.  After relocation to the USA, she completed a Psychiatry Residency program in  SUNY Upstate, followed by a Child Fellowship in Syracuse, NY.  Dr. Nesterenko is Board  Certified in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolesc

    Dr. Marina Nesterenko finished Medical school in Kiev, Ukraine, in 1997 and  worked as a child psychiatrist in Ukraine.  After relocation to the USA, she completed a Psychiatry Residency program in  SUNY Upstate, followed by a Child Fellowship in Syracuse, NY.  Dr. Nesterenko is Board  Certified in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.  Area of Interest: autism, aggression, developmental delay, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Dr. Nesterenko has experience working with veterans. Dr. Nesterenko has experience working in ER as a consultation liaison psychiatrist, inpatient attending in child and adolescent units and adult units, and outpatient settings.     .Dan Fassio is a doctoral student at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Washington, DC training under Dr. Debra Brosius, Licensed Clinical Psychologist. He will be focusing on therapeutic services, but can also offer psychological and psychoeducational testing under Dr. Brosius’ supervision.    Dan graduated with distinction

    .Dan Fassio is a doctoral student at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Washington, DC training under Dr. Debra Brosius, Licensed Clinical Psychologist. He will be focusing on therapeutic services, but can also offer psychological and psychoeducational testing under Dr. Brosius’ supervision.    Dan graduated with distinction from Washington and Lee University before obtaining a master's degree from Harvard University and a juris doctorate from the College of William and Mary.  He previously practiced law with various firms and organizations before deciding to pursue psychology.   His clinical interests include health psychology, adjustment and life transitions, anxiety, and the impact of workplace and academic stressors.   Dan welcomes the opportunity to work with patients from various age groups and backgrounds who are coping with a variety of life circumstances.   Because Dan is a graduate student in training, he is on site Tuesday-Thursday beginning in August 2022.  His services will be offered at a reduced rate.

    Dr. Brandy Dinklocker is a Post-Doctoral Resident, training under Dr. Brosius. She provides neuropsychological evaluations, as well as psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. She is working to specialize in pediatric neuropsychology and her areas of interest include traumatic brain injuries, eating disorders, OCD and related 

    Dr. Brandy Dinklocker is a Post-Doctoral Resident, training under Dr. Brosius. She provides neuropsychological evaluations, as well as psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. She is working to specialize in pediatric neuropsychology and her areas of interest include traumatic brain injuries, eating disorders, OCD and related anxiety disorders, autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Dr. Dinklocker uses collaborative, evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), enhanced cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT-E), Maudsley model of family based therapy (FBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and exposure and response prevention. 

    Dr. Dinklocker earned her master’s and doctorate degrees in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Washington DC. She completed an APA accredited internship at the Mid-Atlantic Internship Consortium where she worked within an integrated medical setting providing comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations and psychotherapy. She is currently working towards licensure as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She is on site Mon-Fri 9am and 6pm.     Paulina Menendez is a doctoral student at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Washington, DC training under Dr. Brosius in psychological assessment. She can offer psychological and psychoeducational testing under the supervision and guidance of Dr. Debra Brosius, Licensed Clinical Psychologist. 

    Ms. Menendez graduated with distinction from Mercy College where she obtained a Masters degree in Psychology. During this time, Ms. Menendez worked under neuropsychologists providing neuropsychological and cognitive assessment at Psychological Evaluations & Consulting, LLC. in New York. Following graduation, Ms. Menendez has been eager to serve individuals of all ages and pursue her passion of psychology. 

    In addition to psychological assessment services, Ms. Menendez will be offering therapeutic services. She in interested in working with various populations, and while her special interests are still developing, Ms. Menendez is available to see individuals coping with a variety of life circumstances.

    Integrated Psychology Associates of McLean is a small, co-owned thriving mental health practice. Our population consists of children, adolescents, young adults (age 18-30) and families in the Northern Virginia area. 

    Our referrals come from a variety of sources and are often for psychological testing, specific therapies like CBT, DBT, IPT,

    Integrated Psychology Associates of McLean is a small, co-owned thriving mental health practice. Our population consists of children, adolescents, young adults (age 18-30) and families in the Northern Virginia area. 

    Our referrals come from a variety of sources and are often for psychological testing, specific therapies like CBT, DBT, IPT, brief dynamic, and family therapy. Dr. Brosius (Co-Owner) is a trained neuropsychologist and often receives referrals for neuropsychological assessment with individuals who have both developmental and acquired difficulties. We also receive requests for therapy.  Almost all of the clients have medication needs which are handled by Dr. Eva Maria Theodosiadis (Co-Owner).

    Our ideal candidate is a mental health professional/psychologist, who is competent in these therapeutic modalities (or shows a strong initiative to independently become trained in these areas) and can work with diverse clients. Though the practice is versatile enough to develop adult clientele, our central focus is children and adolescents.

     Full-time positions are 25 face-to-face client hours per week with a flexible schedule. Team meetings and clinical supervision is available. We have a wide battery of psychological assessment instruments for children and adults. 

    Qualified candidates will be license eligible or hold a license in the state of Virginia. Salary, health benefits and bonuses are available to all eligible candidates.

    Typical daily duties include:

    - Therapy Sessions

    - Psychological assessment 

    - Report writing

    - EHR therapy notes

    - Communicating/collaborating with the team
