Dr. Debra Brosius, PsyD

Debra Brosius, PsyD

Credentials: Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Specializations: Psychological and neuropsychological assessments for clients of all ages

Approach to Care: Dr. Brosius’ therapeutic approach is collaborative and compassionate. She works with neurodiverse individuals and is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Dr. Brosius collaborates with clients and their families to determine appropriate assessment batteries, providing comprehensive feedback sessions to inform targeted treatment plans.

Dr. Eva-Maria Theodosiadis, MD

Eva-Maria Theodosiadis, MD

Credentials: Board-Certified Child and Adolescent, Adult, and Forensic Psychiatrist

Specializations: Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatments for children, adolescents, and adults

Approach to Care: Dr. Theodosiadis emphasizes a holistic approach, integrating evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and brief psychodynamic therapies to tailor treatment plans to individual needs.

Dr. Brandy Dinklocker

Brandy Dinklocker, PsyD

Credentials: Licensed Clinical Psychologist; Clinical Neuropsychologist, Director of Training 

Specializations: Psychological, neuropsychological, and psychoeducational evaluations across the lifespan. Dr. Dinklocker is also a teaching psychologist, supervising clinical psychology doctoral students at various levels of training.

Approach to Care: Dr. Dinklocker utilizes collaborative, evidence-based treatments, including CBT, enhanced CBT (CBT-E), Maudsley model of family-based therapy (FBT), DBT, and exposure and response prevention.

Dr. Marina Nesterenko

Specializations: Treatment of autism, aggression, developmental delays, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and PTSD

Approach to Care: Dr. Nesterenko has experience working in various settings, including emergency rooms, inpatient units, and outpatient settings, providing comprehensive psychiatric care tailored to each patient’s needs.

Credentials: Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia

Specializations: Therapy for individuals, couples, and families experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, emotional distress, parenting and relationship challenges, or life transitions

Approach to Care: Reyna combines elements of cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and solution-focused therapy, as well as motivational interviewing, to create a safe space for clients to understand underlying thoughts and feelings.

Vicky Arriola, LPC Resident

Vicky Arriola, LPC, NCC

Credentials: Licensed Professional Counselor

Specializations: Psychotherapy for adults facing anxiety, depression, relational concerns, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.

Approach to Care: Vicky provides a personalized therapy experience grounded in a collaborative, person-centered approach. She helps clients strengthen their relationship with themselves while developing practical tools to navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. Vicky offers therapy in both English and Spanish, available via telehealth.

Daniel Fassio

Daniel Fassio, PsyD

Credentials: Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Post-Doctoral Resident)

Specializations: Dan provides individual, couples, and family therapy, parent coaching, and comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessment. He has a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, life transitions, health-related concerns, workplace and academic stress, and relationship difficulties.

Approach to Care: Dan works collaboratively with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, using evidence-based treatments tailored to each client’s needs. His integrative approach draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Gottman and CBT-based approaches to couples therapy to help clients build practical skills and create meaningful, lasting change.

Elsie Xu Yan, MS

Credentials: Predoctoral Intern

Specializations: Neuropsychological evaluations; psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and families; neurodevelopmental (including ADHD) and behavioral concerns; anxiety, depression, and adjustment difficulties. Offering bilingual services in English and Mandarin.

Approach to Care: Elsie takes a strength-based, family-centered, and collaborative approach to care. She tailors evidence-based interventions to each client’s unique goals, values, and context. She is passionate about using assessment to inform care, empowering clients and caregivers to make meaningful, long-lasting changes.

Lindsay Zilling, MS, MA

Credentials: Predoctoral Intern

Specializations: Neuropsychological assessment evaluating children, adolescents, and adults with a range of neurodevelopmental and psychological presentations. Experience also includes evaluating pediatric patients with neurological and complex medical conditions that impact cognitive and emotional functioning. Therapy experience includes providing evidence-based interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and neurodevelopmental concerns. 

Approach to Care: Lindsay utilizes a collaborative and strengths-based approach, integrating neuropsychological assessment findings with evidence-based interventions. She enjoys helping patients and families better understand their strengths and challenges, using evaluation data to inform recommendations and interventions that support daily functioning and well-being.

Elizabeth Van Arsdall, Doctoral Extern

Credentials: Doctoral Student in Clinical Psychology

Specializations: Elizabeth works with clients of all ages and backgrounds and has a particular interest in children, adolescents, and their families. Offering neuropsychological and psychoeducational testing, she values a collaborative, strengths-based approach and is committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate care that empowers clients and their families.
